When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in Europe . Please
allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale
seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed
within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the
processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.Ç
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 4-6 business days for delivery in the United States, and 5-8 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices shown on the website include duty and tax fees. The parcel will be delivered with no further costs. Shipping and customs clearance services are included, you only need to wait for the parcel at home without doing anything extra!
